BNB Smart Chain & BNB

BNB Smart Chain

Jump Family is migrating to BNB Smart Chain (BSC). The mainnet chain ID is 56, gas is paid in BNB, and the explorer is BscScan. BSC testnet uses chain ID 97 and tBNB; testnet balances have no role in the mainnet conversion examples.

Network reference: BNB Chain wallet configuration. Contract deployment status is tracked separately on Contracts & Addresses.

BNB Is the Unit of Account

Deposits, the funding target, the per-address cap, effective contributions and refunds are all measured in BNB. On-chain accounting uses integer wei: 1 BNB = 10^18 wei.

  • Native BNB is credited in BNB units.
  • WBNB is the wrapped token representation of BNB used by compatible DEX pools. Wrapping and unwrapping are 1:1; they are not a market-price conversion.
  • Supported Stock Tokens are converted through their BNB/WBNB market when that deposit route is enabled. Credit only the BNB-equivalent amount actually received. A failed conversion must not create a credited deposit.

Migration Reference Price

Reference conversion: 1 BNB = US$773.49; 1 USDG = US$1.00. BNB quote timestamp: 2026-09-25 14:30:40 UTC (22:30:40 UTC+8); USDG quote timestamp: 14:30:50 UTC. Source: CoinGecko API. These are the preparation-time reference quotes for this migration edition, not a completed on-chain migration or a continuously updated oracle.

BNB amount = previous USDG amount × USDG/USD reference price ÷ BNB/USD reference price
BNB amount = previous USDG amount ÷ 773.49

Converted FDV: 8.9749059457782259 BNB. The 2% cap is 0.179498118915564518 BNB; a 50% raise targets 4.48745297288911295 BNB. Shorter figures elsewhere are display approximations. Use the full integer values in Parameters & Constants for settlement.

The BNB constants are fixed before the affected deployment and before a round opens. A market-price change does not update a running round, its cap or its target. If the actual deployment uses a later reference quote, regenerate the FDV, derived cap, target and examples together before launch.

BNB Price Exposure

Using one BNB ledger makes the auction arithmetic consistent. It does not make BNB a stablecoin. BNB/USD can move during the deposit window and before a refund is claimed. Equal credited BNB deposits are treated equally by the allocation rule even when their dollar cost differs. Stock Token conversion prices and available liquidity can also change between deposits.

Refund denomination

A failed round refunds the credited BNB balance. It does not promise the original number of Stock Tokens, a fixed dollar amount, or reimbursement of gas and conversion costs.

Project and Stock Token Markets

Market Pair
Project Canonical LP Project Token / WBNB
Related supported stock market Stock Token / WBNB

Both markets are described to users as BNB pairs. They are separate pools; creating a project LP does not by itself create or fund a stock market. Stock Token availability, approved routes and addresses must be published for BSC before those features are enabled.
