Parameters and Governance
Per-project parameters are fixed on-chain at creation and immutable for the life of the round. Protocol-level constants change only through governance, and any change is a new deployment listed on Contracts & Addresses — never an edit to a live one.
What "Full Refund" Means
The protocol's refund path describes how a round that fails to meet its funding target resolves: effective contributions are set to zero and deposits become refundable in USDG. It is a property of the clearing mechanism.
It is not a guarantee against loss, a capital protection feature, or a statement about the value of any token after a round clears and trading begins. Once the Canonical LP exists, price is set by the market and can go to zero.
No Allocation or Distribution Promises
Following, joining a waitlist, participating in community activity, or appearing on any list confers no entitlement to an allocation, a token distribution, or any future benefit.
Your Responsibility
Interacting with any smart contract carries risk, including risk of total loss of funds from causes unrelated to the mechanism described in these docs. Availability of the protocol in your jurisdiction, the tax treatment of anything you do with it, and the legal status of tokenized real-world assets where you live are all your responsibility to determine. Nothing here should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
