For Creators

1. Split the Supply

Total issuance is fixed at 100,000,000,000 tokens (10^11) for every project. You choose how it divides three ways.

Share What it is Constraint
R_reserve Creator / dev / author reserve Meme ≤ 2.9% · APP/ICM ≤ 29%
R_raise Sold through the auction > 0
R_pool Seeded into the initial DEX pool > 0
R_reserve + R_raise + R_pool = 100%

Enforced on-chain at creation — not a UI suggestion. A project whose shares do not sum to 100% cannot be finalized.

Reserve ceiling by project type

A memecoin may reserve at most 2.9% of supply. An APP or ICM project may reserve up to 29%, reflecting that it has ongoing development to fund. The distinction is set at project creation.

Your choice of R_raise directly sets how much you need to raise:

V_target = FDV × R_raise = 6,942 × R_raise

A 50% raise share means a target of 3,471 USDG. A larger raise share is a larger target and therefore a harder round to clear — read SEATS failures before maximizing it.

2. Choose Your Stock Token

When the round clears, the Canonical LP is minted against a Stock Token you select at creation — a tokenized real-world asset — rather than against the chain's gas token.

This is the decision with the longest tail. It determines what your token's price is quoted against for its entire life, and what happens to your liquidity when that asset moves. See Graduation & the Canonical LP.

3. Set Your Creator Tax

Separately from the protocol trading fee, you may set a creator tax between 0% and 10%, fixed at launch. Its proceeds split three ways in a ratio you configure:

  • Original Author
  • Project Token stakers
  • Jump token buyback & burn

The protocol trading fee is separate and you do not configure it: its split is fixed by your project type, and Project Token staking is its largest destination under every type. Both are documented on Trading Fees & Creator Tax.

4. Understand How Your Round Can Fail

A round that misses its target does not get extended, reduced, or topped up. It refunds every participant in full and closes permanently. Your only remedy is a new roundId.

There are two distinct ways to miss:

Class Meaning
MONEY Not enough total capital was committed.
SEATS Enough capital was committed, but it sat in too few addresses to reach the target under the 2% cap.

The number creators underestimate

Because only A_max of any address is counted, a handful of large supporters cannot carry a round on their own. At the current cap, a round targeting 3,471 USDG needs at least 25 distinct participating addresses to be mathematically capable of clearing, no matter how much money those addresses hold.

Plan distribution, not just capital.
